summer gone...

okay so now the summer is officially over.. and it truly was not the summer i was expecting... ya i went to florida for two weeks at the beginning of the summer with my best friend Steph and everyday was just amazing, with the beach and going out to eat and seeing her mom and brother and her zoo of animals. and meeting new people and how everyone was much more socialable and open down there.. then i came back to mass and had two of the worst months i could have had and have had ever. nothing fell into place, everything got screwed up. people were petty and cruel... making the transition from living on my own to barely having a room at my house under my parent roof sucked... just everything was and is just toppling down all at once..
but i guess it could be worse...hopefully the fall season will bring me better luck...and ill just keep on shoveling through...
anyone else feel like this?

okay.. so first update in a long ass time..things arent great or nearly even that good, maybe so so or a little worse. i havent been feeling like myself lately.. too many changes all at once that are both life altering and just plain scary... added on to the fact that every day up until now its been rainy and shitty out. so yah depression has kicked in though i should be lucky i still have my health...

though a lot is confusing i am going to work through it or around it and hopefully things will start falling into place... thats all i can ask for...

okay so a lot has happened since my last post but i dont really feel like getting into all of it. The short version is i aged lol now i am 22 woohoo not really but i had the best birthday weekend ever i couldnt ask for better friends if i wanted too. I am graduating from UMD on th 28th which is both exciting and just really damn nerve wracking, now i dont know what to do with myself, i am going to be going through a transition period where i go from living on my own to permanently living back in with my parents, yet ill be graduated and need to enter the real world (how scary). but first i am going to take a two week vacation/road trip with my best friend Stephanie to Florida and stay with her mom and have sooo much fun while i can, becuase i know its not going to last.
in more recent news i am going on senior week nexxt week which should be completely insane since its with all my friends drunk all week. Well thats all for now i am sure ill have plenty to talk about in the next few weeks with the wrapping up of school then the heading to florida.

Spring break was fun, hung out with soo many awesome people and got to see some of the family, and now its back to classes- though in a way i am dreading it cuz of all the tests and papers i have coming up in the next couple days i am really going to miss this simplicitic life style of living on my own and having freedom to do what i want. soon i'll be back in my rents house until i can afford to support myself, though my brother and i have been talking about maybe getting an apartment or buying a two family house but that is just an idea. So it looks like i am going to be staying with my parents for awhile unless i end up dating someone seriously to get an apartment or buy a house with them but who knows if that would ever happen. i realyl have to start figuring out my life...
i saw two of the kids i used to babysit oh my god did they get big its been almost 3 years since i had really seen them, does that mean i am getting old... yipe i'll be 22 very soon... :( nooooooooooooooo ah well such is life.

so far soo good, as far as spring break goes. been seeing family and friends i havent seen in awhile. Got my hair done, no more roots, it looks hot!
did some babysitting for my cousin , her babies are sooo adorable but good thing they arent mine i def dont want kids for awhile, especially how i havent even found someone i would want to date seriously right now. ehh i'm not really that worried since i am not looking, plus when i do look it ends up falling to shit anyway, so they say love happens when you arent expecting it so we shall see i am still young which helps :)

Hopefully Boston tomorrow night with the gang should be a good time, though i just heard there is a new bill in congress about closing bars up here at 1130 like that would ever happen, the chances of that are slim to none but still thats crazy to even think about let alone propose as an idea...

My little brother just turned 15 today, one more year and he will be driving soo scary!!! he already towers over me and could take me down in a second.
St. Patty's day was crazy fun!!! I didnt realize just how much i missed Kristin now we have to def make sure we continue so see each other now, plus i love all her friends they are the best!!!

Club Rain was crazy fun too gotta love VIP room and free drinks and hot men, plus louie devito as the DJ! woohoo i really had a good time this weekend. its definitely a good start to my Spring Break.

If anyone is around and wants to hang out and do whatever ill be around all week so take advantage ya know ya luv me!

My birthday's in a month what should i do! anybody got any ideas its on a friday so it will be a good night to go out. so join in on the festivities! its always a good excuse to go somewhere!
got a cold, lost my voice > it was tramatic lol but i survived i probably made everyones weekend> not having to listen to me ramble.
Spring break next week not leaving the state unless i am feeling spontaneous which might happen! so hopefully boston bound but ill go where ever. hopefully some of u or all of my friends will want to make plans i <3 day trips!
i got the internship with the domestic violence unit at the police station so i am pumped! i hope i can fit all the hours in, its going to be time consuming...

I've realized some things are worth it and others things are not!
Going out friday was an experience, I am soo lucky to have a friend like Stephanie, and i am soo lucky to have all my friends, i dont know what i would have done without them! I still dont see them as much as i want to or even at all for some because of our schedules but one way or another i'll find a way to make time for all. Definitely thinking a girls night out is in order just to catch up and haev a few laughs. Other than that just doing my own thing which is completely new to me and kinda scary but i have my head screwed on straight and pretty good judgment so hopefully i won't make any stupid implusive decisions. just concentrating on the whole finishing up in college and thinking about what i want to do for a job, real world here i come!

things havent changed much except for a couple details in my life, i get to focus on me now which is kind of a new experience and definitely needs to be my first priority. im learning a few things about myself and about what i want.
i've learned that some things just arent worth the time, energy, or effort so i plan to not even bother with situations that are hopeless anyway.
so as it turns out some things i want just cannot be forced no matter how much i try, just gonna go with the flow of things and see where it takes me. cuz i believe everything happens for a reason and whats meant to be is going to be.

Definitly was a great weekend!

-saw two movies : Rent, Harry Potter (yes i got suckered into seeing it)
-bonded with my cousin Cassie without her mom or kids present
-hung out with Jim, Jon, Chris, Tim and bunch others wed night even though tired and didnt feel too good
-fun bar night at Old Court with gang
-thanksgiving- football game wasnt bad, cold though with the snow. saw a lot of people and talked to a lot of people i never normally would never have talked to but it was fun to catch up with everyone. family and work blahhh
-friday crazy shopping at 5 in the morning, still have a lot of gifts to buy though...then a gathering happened at my house cuz no rents :D and other fun things
-saturday slept in cuz was extremely exhausted and went to Murph's house for some bonding time with HS kids
-sunday chill day watching football and driving back to dartmouth
-no wonder why i am soo exhuasted i barely had any time to sleep... but all in all good weekend except for not seeing some people that i really wanted to see :( ..well christmas break is coming up in no time so hopefully ill have time to see everyone i missed. in the mean time people can call/IM whatever,and most likely i'll respond. :)

so yah i am completely going to miss the fourth of july weekend because of my dumbass job. the only good thing is since i am coming in extra on monday ill basically be making double time for the holiday! i guess i am just trying to look on the positive side. seeing as my starter went in my car the other day and it cost me $250 to fix it... something i wasnt planning on, nor did i want to spend that money on that either. but thats why we work. on the plus side i might be going on a cruise in january with friends, something to look forward to when the winter blues kick in so hopefully things go as planned.

This has definitely been a year of extremes in weather. freezing cold winter. Rainy spring. and now the most humid summer ever. Finally got my car completely fixed so hopefully this is it for it besides doing some minor adjustments with an alignment and rebalancing the tires and getting a side view mirror for the right passanger side mirror. So knock on Wood. I had a great time at Melissa's and Josh's wedding. I cant believe the first of my friends are married. it was a decent wedding a bit humid which couldnt really be helped but i loved the idea of the art music for the reception. All my friends are a bunch of nuts dancing and having a good time i love them!!! ;)

Went up my G-rents and put up on the dock and boats and ate a lot of cookout food. it was really nice being in the water. As my little brother said Kim it was like waterskiing in a bathtub. My cousin Carrie and her Boyfriend Mike came up too he is such a goof a really good guy i hope he pops the question to Carrie next she needs to get married!! i am such a wedding mood i keep wanna go to them! The cutest most memorable moment from Josh and Melissa's wedding was probably Josh standing up at the alter waiting so anxiously for Melissa to come through the doors with her two dads the look on his face was absolutely priceless it really summed up the true love and attachment they have for each other, it was beautiful. I just hope that i get that lucky someday and someone reports back to me that that was what my husband looked like when i came through the doors and down the alter on my wedding day. lol keep dreaming Kim...
If i could chnage aspects of myself i would change my impatiance levels inorder to be more patient. and the fact that i always think of the worst always. if i dont know the situation i always imagine the worst possible senerio and end up hurting myself and i always open mouth and insert foot, sometimes i wonder why my friends are still my friends and put up with me...well at least i am concious about it so i can concentrate on fixing my faults.

I love family! My Great unlce is moving up to New Hampshire from North Carolina and since he is bringing his Custom Neptune washer and dryers guess who is getting the ones at the new house he is buying oh i am so so so psyched! i bet my roommates Jen and Ryan are going to be too. this makes me oh so happy. Now all i have to do is get my dad to load them onto hs truck and bring them down with him to my apartment.
These next couple of weeks are going to be hectic with work and moving things and brothers graduation and Melissa's wedding oh my i need to start making some serious cash so i can buy all these presents... wish i wasnt soo broke... oh well ..everyone reflect today

Today was actually a decent monday, even with all the rain and stuff. I went shopping bought a few things i cant afford lol got a good movie called Cellular and watched that tonight it was good stuff! I shall be home thursday and friday if anyone wants to do anything!

yah i havent had much time to really update in awhile. been really busy closing off the semester with papers and tests and finals, just 3 more finals and my junior year is over. then its back to working shitloads of hours and never being able to see the light of day.
i finally got some extra cash to buy a PCI adapter for my computer so that i wouldnt lose connection all the time, the best part of that was i followed simple instrauctions and actually was able to install it myself without asking anyone for assistance woohoo , why didnt i go into computer science LOL. I joined a new gym with my roommate Jen for the year. it was really crazy becuase i think we almost got one of the guys fired becuase he was supposed to say the initial fee was 85 dollars then 25 dollars as month and he said it was 35 initial and needed to pay first and last up front so it all came to 85 dollars insteand of 185 each. Dont even know how i managed to actually screw the system and get a cheaper deal cuz normally they end up trying to screw you over. oh well they will probably find someone else to add extra money on... my roommate wants to move really badly but i just haven found a place that i really wanna move into and i cant afford to pay anymore then what i am paying. it just sucks becuase they strapped themselves down with having cats and of course they are not going to get rid of them becuase those are there babies.. so there has been a lot of tension between the three of us... just tryign to figure this all out gives me such a headache. well i am going to chill

Pretty decent weekend. bought new speakers with my birthday money and somehow managed to get my dad to not only install the speakers but also install my cd player!! now i really feel like its my car. . Boston with my cousin was soo much fun. Went to the purple shamrock where a live band was playing and also a dj during there break. Got guys to buy drinks for us it was hilarious! Definitely will have to do that again sometime and bring in more people! well anyway its a gorgeous day and i have plenty of things to keep my occupied.
